Why I Do What I Do
I believe clarity is one of the greatest competitive advantages you can have—in business and in life.
I’m a Business Growth Strategist, Marketing Professional, certified Learning Specialist with an MBA in Marketing, proud military veteran, and founder of a private coaching practice. But underneath the credentials is the work I care about most: helping you understand who you are, recognize what makes you uniquely valuable, and use that clarity to create what comes next.
That belief led me to create the Inner Icon Framework—a way to uncover the strengths, instincts, values, and perspectives that make up your unique fingerprint, then leverage them with intention.
Because not knowing yourself has consequences. You can build the wrong business, chase opportunities that don’t fit, imitate competitors, dilute your message, chase approval, or stay too long in something you’ve outgrown. That becomes exhausting.
